Refund policy

100% Satisfied. This is how we want you to feel about your purchase. If you aren't happy with your purchase, notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will take it back for a refund of the returning item(s) minus a 10% return fee. To initiate a return please contact us at returns@sandcastlegiftshop.com.

Return shipping costs, tracking, and insurance on any items sent back will not be paid for by Sand Castle Gifts & Gourmet.

Condition of Product 
To receive a refund, the returned product must arrive at our warehouse in its original condition. Please retain all original packaging. That will make it easier for you to return it to us without shipping damage.

Non-returnable Items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy 
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You will receive a refund if your order is cancelled before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is cancelled after it has shipped out of our facility.

Refunds 
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
